Actors Morgan Freeman and James Earl Jones were at the center of a Twitter debate about who possesses the most iconic speaking voice.
The lighthearted argument popped off after user @OptixWasTaken posed the question in a tweet on Monday.
“Between James Earl Jones and Morgan Freeman, it’s hard to choose who has the most iconic voice,” the tweet stated.
“It’s Mufasa vs. Lucius Fox!”
It’s a valid question since both men are known for voicing iconic characters. Jones is known for voicing Mufasa in Lion King and Star Wars character Darth Vader. Freeman is known for portraying God in Bruce Almighty. He has also narrated several films, including War of Worlds and The Love Guru.
Both sides presented strong arguments.
