Nicki Minaj is back on Instagram in a big way. The new mother posted a provocative picture of herself rocking hot pink Crocs and blingy drip on Monday afternoon. She broke the internet in the process. She mysteriously captioned the photo “Friday,” teasing a musical comeback.
The “Roman’s Revenge” rapper’s now-famous Crocs have since gone viral following her Instagram post, which now has over 4.6 million likes. On the same day Minaj posted her photo, Google Trends announced in a tweet that “pink crocs” and “Nicki Minaj crocs” were breakout searches of the day.

Page Six reports that there’s been a 4,900% spike in pink Crocs sales and that her viral post has caused the official Crocs website to crash, proving just how much impact the rap veteran has. Fans were also into the 38-year-old’s Jibbitz, or Crocs’ accessories, which featured the Chanel logo.

Minaj also made headlines this past week for a song off of her last album Queen, which dropped nearly three years ago. “LLC” went #1 on US iTunes in all genres after her fans campaigned for an “LLC Party,” where social media users streamed and downloaded the rap song.
