Amara La Negra is expecting twins.
The Dominican-American entertainer revealed the exciting news on her Instagram in conjunction with People Magazine. Amara, whose given name is Diana Danelys De Los Santos, wrote on Instagram, “Estoy Embarazada! Voy A Ser Mamá de Gemelos…???? I’m Pregnant! I’m gonna be a Mom! I’m Pregnant with Twins all Natural ????.”

The “Vai” singer was photographed for the cover in a stunning gold ensemble that showcased her growing baby bump.

The excited new mami told the publication how she discovered she was pregnant.
“I felt so nauseous that I thought the food was making me sick,” she said, detailing how she felt while filming VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Miami. “My woman’s intuition told me: ‘Do a pregnancy test.’ I did the test, and it came back positive.”
After finding out that she was expecting, Amara described how she felt.
“I was nervous. The first thing I thought about was in my work and my projects, having to tell my mom: ‘My life is going to change! I’m not going to lie. It took me like two days to process everything that had just happened. I started to cheer myself up because at the beginning [I felt] a lot of fear.”
Amara traveled to the Dominican Republic in September to oversee her real estate investments, but while she visited the Caribbean nation– she went to the doctor and found out she was expecting twins.
“I had only done a urine [home pregnancy] test. When the [nurse] does the sonogram, she says: ‘Wow, there are two gestational sacs.’ I was happy, surprised, but I couldn’t process what she was telling me.”
Amara shared that she had suffered a miscarriage in July, so the rainbow twins are indeed a blessing.
On social media, the reality star also shared more stunning images with her mother, Ana Maria Oleaga. She paid a touching homage to the single mother.

Amara also said during the interview that she plans to be a single mom and that she is waiting for the right man to come along.
