According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Instagram fitness trainer Ca’Shawn’ Cookie’ Sims has been found safe at a Los Angeles-area hospital. Sims was found on Oct. 7 and is reportedly in good condition.
Thirty-year-old Sims’ family said that they had last seen her in Duarte, Calif., on Sept. 8. She was reported missing on social media by her sisters after they could not get in touch with her.
Her mother told ABC7 that Sims had suffered from mental health issues after having COVID-19.
They later found that Ca’Shawn had last been seen in Pasadena after visiting a medical facility around Sept. 11 and 12. Sims’ sister Ca’rynn wrote on Instagram that Sims went to the hospital in Pasadena twice after suffering from shortness of breath.
“She went to a hospital on both days with complaints of shortness of breath and was released from hospital care both nights,” she wrote. “We’re still looking for her!! Please do the same!”
Chris’tol Sims is Ca’Shawn’s other sister and posted that her missing sibling had been found and was safe.

The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department told reporters that they did not expect foul play and requested that the family be given privacy.
“There is no suspicion of foul play, The family is asking for privacy.”
Sims is a popular fitness trainer on Instagram and has 215,000 followers. She is known as “The Booty Doctor” for her ability to shape derrières. Sims also has a new Instagram account called Beauty by Cashawn, which will promote her fitness products.
