Skythefinestt is a Houston-based rapper who survived a gunshot wound to the face and spent the next two days twerking about it from her hospital bed.
Posted on TikTok on June 3, Skythefinest, or Skythefinestt as it is spelled on TikTok, is a local rapper who taunted her attempted shooter by showing off her bloody mouth and the entry and exit wounds to her face.
It appears that the gunshot went through one side of her cheek and out the other side of her face. As of now, she is out of the hospital, but some sources say she can barely speak.
She wrote on TikTok, “took a face shot , feeking like 50cent soon as im off bed rest im making a hit.” In the video, she seems unfazed by her near-death experience as she trolls her attacker while the meme song “I am still alive” plays in the background.
According to the rapper, someone she dissed in a freestyle tried to get back at her.
The rapper and social creator posted a video on TikTok with the caption, “lol guess the freestyle I recorded 10 months ago [sic] got my shot in my face 2 days ago.”
Crucial details about the shooting are not given, as it is unclear who shot Skythefinestt, why the person shot her, when exactly it happened, and where it happened.
One rumor circulating on YouTube is that Skythefinestt tricked a man into stealing his necklace, and he or someone associated with him shot her in retaliation.
What is odd and convenient to the story is that she is wearing a necklace on her hospital bed.
Other than her condition or how she ended up in the ER, user reactions to the survivor have been mixed, with some saying she should not use gun violence to celebrate her survival or taunt her assailant(s).
