Jim Jones’ latest comments about his childhood has many questioning his mother’s parenting skills. The rapper recently made an appearance on radio personality Angela Yee’s Lip Service podcast.
The new podcast season premiered Thursday on Youtube, and fans were all eyes and ears for the tea spilled during the interview. Jones opened up about his relationship with his mother and appeared to be thankful that his mother taught him sex education. When Yee asked him what sexual techniques he learned from his mother, the “We Fly High” artist revealed that his mother, Nancy Jones, taught him how to tongue kiss by actually kissing him.

“My mom taught me how to kiss when I was younger,” Capo revealed.
“What was the instructions?” Yee asked.
“There wasn’t no instructions, she showed me with her mouth,” Capo replied.
While Yee was taken aback by his answer, she responded, “She kissed you?”
“It’s my mother, what do you mean?” a puzzled Jones retorted.
While Mama Jones had the Harlem native when she was 17 years old, Jones said he felt comfortable talking to her about those topics, resulting in his close relationship with her. He also mentioned that it’s common for young mothers to bond with their sons or daughters due to the closeness in age.
After his comments on the podcast went viral, Jones said no one should be shocked that his mother took the initiative to teach him sex education.

Another user commented that Jones’ close relationship with his mother explained why Mama Jones and the rapper’s fianceé Chrissy Lampkin never got along.
While his statements were surprising by many, the 45-year-old recently posted a video to his Instagram account, stating that what he said about his mother was a joke.
“For the record, I love my mama more than anything in the world. And for the record, it was a joke,” he said. “You people take things way too far… That’s weak what y’all trying to project.”
Jim added in the caption: “Knock it off enjoy th[e] laugh stop takin life so serious. Th[e] media loves to take something so simple and tune into a head line smh lol.”
