A woman, who claims to be the estranged wife of NeNe Leakes’ current beau, has filed a lawsuit against the reality star, accusing the 54-year-old reality star of being a homewrecker.
According to Carrabus County court records obtained by Sis2Sis, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh, 46, initially filed the “alienation of affections” lawsuit against Leakes (born Linnethia Monique Leakes) on May 23, but she amended it on Friday. In the document, Malomine stated that she and her husband, Nyonisela Sioh, “enjoyed a genuine happy marital relationship.” She also detailed that as a couple– the two “enjoyed an active sexual relationship.”
Malomine claimed that Nyonisela lied about his affair with Leakes, maintaining that he was just friends with the reality star. The lawsuit, filed in North Carolina, also noted that Leakes allegedly subjected his estranged wife to “embarrassment and humiliation” because she continued “publicly post berating, tactless and insensitive photos” of herself with Nyonisela on social media.
She is suing the former Glee for $100k.
Leakes and her Liberian lover went public with their relationship in December. The estranged husband and wife reportedly separated officially on December 17. Malomine alleged that the widow, whose husband Gregg passed away from colon cancer on September 1, knew that Nyonisela was married when their alleged affair began. Leakes and Nyonisela have had a whirlwind romance. In April, the pair took a lavish vacation to Ghana, where numerous videos and photos of them canoodling could be seen.
On Thursday night, Leakes took to Instagram Live to address the allegations. Although the video was intended to clarify any questions about her being a homewrecker, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum appeared to mock Malomine as she denied the woman’s accusations.
“I’m already out here, a husband stealer. This is too much. Ain’t nobody out here stealing husbands. I would never!” Leakes expressed.
“Nobody want to steal anyone else’s problem, honey!” she said as she laughed along with a man in the background. She also encouraged viewers to be more loving.
The 54-year-old actress also trolled Malomine in her Instagram Stories on Thursday. She posted a photo with the woman’s husband as they rode in a car together. The caption quoted Muni Long’s hit song, “Yours, mine, ours.”
Nyonisela also responded with some nonsensical gibberish about self-respect, “The best u can do to urself in life’s not to allow negative people to bring u down to their level; just maintain ur self-respect and keep away from them. Avoid the ingrates, those who complain about one thing u haven’t done for them instead of being appreciative for the thousands of things u’ve done for them. Leave them to stew in their ingratitude, but don’t hate them.”
He ended the message by saying, “Just maintain ur focus and don’t stress.”

Malomine and Nyonisela wed in Charlotte, North Carolina, in November 2016, according to court records. They share a son.
