Charlie Baltimore appeared on The Art of Dialogue on Sept. 28, and she dished on an argument she once had with the late Notorious B.I.G.
The rapper said that she and Biggie had a heated argument while in Los Angeles about other women. The two were dating at the time and staying in a hotel.
Baltimore said that the fight became so intense that the duo trashed the hotel room. A disgruntled Baltimore threw an expensive watch in the pool given to Biggie by P. Diddy as a Christmas gift. She also threw a ring in the pool.
“That actually happened in Cali,” she recalled. “That was the argument that we had. We had a huge fight in Cali, wrecked the hotel room. I believe it was a crazy, super expensive watch that Puff had bought for B.I.G. for Christmas and some crazy ring that B.I.G. had just got and I threw it off the balcony into the pool.”
The rapper also dished on the East coast-West coast feud between Biggie and the late rapper Tupac Shakur. Baltimore blamed the media for escalating the beef between Biggie and Shakur. She noted that her ex-beau was shocked when the beef first began because the two had been good friends.
“In my mind, this is just my opinion, I think the media was playing a role by Pac being as big of an artist as he was at the time, and Biggie being as big of an artist as he was at the time and them being on different coasts, I think the media was, like playing into this whole East coast-West coast thing….it just made it worse. Like I said, at some point, they were friends.”
Baltimore was with him the first time he heard 2Pac’s song “Hit ‘Em Up.” Shakur mentions Biggie by name in the track and claims that he slept with his wife, singer Faith Evans.

Shakur was murdered in 1996 in Las Vegas. Biggie was murdered in 1997 in Los Angeles. No one was ever arrested for either murder.
The “One More Chance” rapper started an affair with Baltimore while he was still married to R&B singer Faith Evans. Biggie also had a long-running affair with rapper Lil Kim while married to Faith. He, publicly, flaunted his budding rapper sidechick in his wife’s face.
