City Girl’s Yung Miami opened up about struggling with her mental health on Twitter on July 30 and sparked buzz around her relationship with Diddy. Yung Miami posted a series of tweets about how she’d been feeling recently.

Continuing to explain in a second post, Yung Miami spoke about suffering from insomnia. “Haven’t slept in dayssssss like. I’m tired af and don’t feel like doing nothing today. My energy is off!”

Following the posts, according to Madame Noire, her mother, Keenya Young posted on her Instagram story; she asked for support and prayers for her daughter. “Lord, my baby is going through it right now,” she put onto her Instagram story, “Please give her the strength she needs to get through this. [Her] pain is my pain. [We] need you right now, Lord.”
A few days before, the 28-year-old rapper’s post sparked thoughts that her declining mental health may be related to her relationship with Diddy. “I can never be no one option!”

On Caresha Please, Yung Miami’s new podcast, Diddy, confirmed their relationship. “We date. We’re dating,” Diddy revealed.
He continued, “We go have dates. We’re friends. We go to exotic locations. We have great times.”
People quickly took to Twitter to throw in their two cents about the situation.
“Crazy how y’all forever screaming about mental health and checking on ya people and how important it is to speak it but had the nerve to laugh at @YungMiami305 when she said she was having a mental break down .. it’s really crazy,” One user wrote in response to people laughing and minimizing Yung Miami’s mental health struggles.
