Media mogul Byron Allen has announced that his production company, Entertainment Studios, will be launching a new court series in the fall of 2023.
The show, Mathis Court with Judge Mathis will star Judge Greg Mathis.
As previously reported by Sis2Sis, Judge Mathis, produced by Warner Bros. Unscripted Television and Telepictures Productions was recently canceled due to a decline of daytime television viewership.
Mathis took to Instagram on Monday to share that although the show might be ending, it would not be the end of Judge Mathis on TV, and luckily, he was correct.

“For years I’ve proudly watched Byron Allen build a first-class global media empire. After 24 years on the air, I can’t think of a better company to work with to create my next great chapter,” he said in a press release. “Byron and I are both from Detroit and it’s exciting to see him build the Motown of court programming by bringing together all of my fellow judges from his 8 court shows – who are the best of the best.”

Williams.”
In July last year, Allen Media Group purchased the Black News Network (BNN) for $11 million from billionaire Shad Khan– the owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars.
