Tory Lanez’s father went live to tell the world that he, his punk a** son and the rest of his raggedy clan forgive Megan Thee Stallion.
On Thursday, Sonstar Peterson shared the long-winded soliloquy on Instagram. For almost 40 minutes, he rambled about how his IG page was blocked in anticipation of anything he would say before the former “man of God” got into Megan Thee Stallion.
Before getting into the most egregious part of his speech, Sonstar revealed that he hadn’t been on Instagram in two-and-a-half years.
Although Tory was found guilty in a court of law, his father said, “This might come as a shock to many of you, but guess what? Both my son, myself, and others of our family have long decided that we are not going to hold any animosity against Megan Pete, a.k.a. Megan Thee Stallion.”
Sonstar doubled down on the dumb sh*t by calling the grown rapper a “girl.”
“We forgave that girl a long time ago. A long time ago. We know that the principle of forgiveness is important in order to cleanse one’s heart, to cleanse one’s soul, and to not be bound up with hatred. Hatred, resentment, bitterness — those things can actually cause diseases of the bones. It has been proven, and it can cause sickness in your body because you’re holding onto something that is negative against the real-life force in your life.”
“Some will actually question is he saying that, ‘Tory forgave Megan for all of what’s going on?’ Yes, we have forgiven her. But what we will not back down from – is the machine that has been in the background trying to press a narrative in order to use this girl for what they have used her for,” Sonstar added.
The daft man then attempted to compare and deify his trashbag son, using the tragic deaths of Breanna Taylor and George Floyd as fodder in his dialogue to make his son a martyr that had been wrongly persecuted.
Opinions varied on Sonstar’s soliloquy. Some praised the man for his belief in God. Others flamed him over his piss-poor parenting and told him Tory should be held accountable for his actions.

Other folks weren’t feeling what the former pastor had to say.

You are saying y’all forgive Megan; that’s narcissistic behavior. She’s the victim, not y’all. Tory could’ve just said that @itskelseynicole_ shot since you say he didn’t, but he can’t say that because she didn’t shoot. Tory attacked prince and Joseph Benoit on camera, and it’s on YouTube. He also tried to escalate a fight with Travis Scott after he said he didn’t want to fight and allegedly attacked August Alsina on YouTube as well. He’s not a saint. Live in the truth, especially when mentioning God.”
Another person called out Tory’s father’s self-righteous schpiel, reminding him that he allegedly abandoned his family.

The live wasn’t the first time Sonstar spoke foolishly regarding his offspring.
When the guilty verdict was rendered, the patriarch said, “God does not fail.”
