Jason Momoa has reportedly moved on following his split from estranged wife, actress Lisa Bonet.
Sources say the 42-year-old has been recently dating actress Eiza González after the Aquaman star attended the 32-year-old’s premiere of Ambulance last month. However, People Magazine reported that the couple did not walk the red carpet together. The budding romance comes after Momoa and Bonet, 52, announced their separation in January after nearly five years of marriage.
“They are dating. He cares about her. He’s in a great place, working on Fast X,” one insider said. “He’s quite busy, and he’s in a good place.”
Another source close to Momoa and González explained that “They’re both busy with work but are having fun together. It’s nothing serious yet.”
In March, Momoa took to Instagram and issued a statement regarding his split from Bonet, writing, “We had a wonderful time in NYC. Mahalo to the fans and press for being generous and giving us space for the children. It’s hard enough separating in the public eye. We appreciate the continued privacy through these times. Aloha, J.”

The Hollywood actor addressed the initial breakup from the former Cosby star on Jan. 12, writing, “We free each other to be who we are, learning to become,” Sis2Sis reported.
“We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times. A revolution is unfolding ~ and our family is of no exception . . . feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring. And so~ We share our Family news ~ That we are parting ways in marriage. We share this not because we think it’s newsworthy ~ But so that~ as we go about our lives, we may do so with dignity and honesty,” he continued.
The former couple has been married for four years since their wedding in October 2017; their relationship began more than 16 years ago, in 2005. According to a source, they faced marital issues due to Momoa’s busy schedule in recent years.
