Conservative commentator and pageant winner Zoe Bethel passed away from massive injuries she suffered in a horrific accident almost two weeks ago in Miami.
The 27-year-old woman’s family shared the tragic news on her Instagram page on Feb. 20.
“On Friday, Feb. 18, 2022, at approximately 5:30 AM Eastern time in Miami, Florida, our beloved Zoe Sozo Bethel passed from this life into the next as a result of succumbing to her injuries,” the post began.
“Zoe touched the hearts of many people and was actively affiliated with several organizations and groups namely, she was the current Miss Alabama (for America Strong), a political commentator for RSBN, a Brand Ambassador for Turning Point USA, and Liberty University’s Falkirk Center. She was also a spokeswoman for Students for Life and affiliated with Project Veritas.”
It continued, “At this time of bereavement, effectual and fervent prayers are solicited for the family members, and the family asks that their privacy wishes be honored and respected. The family members sincerely appreciate all of the kind words and expressions of love for Zoe. For those who would like to show additional support, you may click on the link above. This support will help cover medical and burial arrangement costs for Zoe.”

Zoe, who was also the reigning queen of the Miss Alabama for America Strong pageant, was involved in a devastating accident on Feb. 10. Her family posted an update asking for prayers after revealing that the young woman was in a coma and not expected to survive.
“Zoe had an accident Thursday night, Feb. 10, & sustained severe damage to her brain/brainstem & is in a coma. Unfortunately, the doctors are saying the damage cannot be repaired & that she may not have much time left. We are praying for God’s will to be done, regardless of what that may look like.”
“This has been an abrupt & very traumatizing situation for our family, & we can imagine how much of a shock this will also be to everyone who knows & cares for her. We ask that everyone please respect the privacy of our family during this time. Keep Zoe & the family in your prayers!”

The Daily Mail reported that the Alabama native fell from a third-floor Miami condo window late in the evening. Initial reports by Miami police speculated that Zoe may have attempted suicide, but on Tuesday, her death was ruled as an accident. Zoe’s family denied the claim saying that she was a devout Christian and would have never taken her life.
“As is common with any death that is not due to natural causes, law enforcement will conduct an investigation into the cause of death. Thus, the investigation into the cause of Zoe’s death is part of the normal protocol for law enforcement and is still open and pending. The initial police report is simply preliminary and is not conclusive, and is further absent specific facts from eyewitness testimony that would alter the ‘incident type’ status listed on the preliminary police report,” the family told the Daily Mail. “The family reserves the right to release information as is appropriate in conjunction with the investigation and will make certain necessary information available at the conclusion of the investigation.”
A staunch conservative and Trump supporter, Zoe was a staple at the Right Side Broadcasting Network (RSBN), a right-winged news channel. The editor-in-chief, Grace Saldana, posted a touching tribute to Zoe on Twitter.
“In loving memory of Zoe. Besides the fact that she was always incredibly stunning, I’ll always remember how convicted Zoe was in her faith in God, how dedicated she was to her beliefs in protecting life, and how much she cared for others. May she rest in peace ❤️.”

She is survived by her family, including her daughter.
