A good Samaritan at a bowling alley found a bag with $300,000 and returned it to its rightful owner. However, she didn’t get the reward she deserved.
A woman identified as “Brenda from Cleveland Avenue” returned the missing loot and rapper Nelly gave the honest woman a measly $100. Considering the bounty was substantial and the reward wasn’t even 1%, the good sis might have fared better just keeping the bag and asking for forgiveness later.
A video uploaded by The Neighborhood Talk showed the woman’s friends clowning her for being so honest.
“We up here at the bowling alley, she found Nelly bag,” the man filming the video said. “It had $300,000 in it. And guess what she do? She gave it back.”
As the unidentified man continued recording through laughter, he asked “Brenda” what was her reward, “What they did? Show me what they did.”
The woman who was hysterically laughing, replied, “100 dollars.”
“They gave her $100 f*cking dollars,” he yelled through laughs. “They gave her $100 for giving him back $300,000.”
He then called her the “donkey of the day” for her honest act.
The Neighborhood Talk asked its followers if they would have returned the money to Nelly.

One person said their conscience wouldn’t let them do it.
“Yes, I would have. It’s not my money. I’ll think about that every time I’ll attempt to spend it.”
“Brenda” did the right thing, but it would have been thoughts and prayers from us.
The moral of the story– keep the bag and ask for forgiveness later.
