Vlogger Tasha K’s Lawsuit Against Cardi B Thrown Out In Court

The rapper filed a lawsuit against Tasha K for claiming that she had an STD.

Online gossip blogger Taska K is both adored and disliked for her no-holds-barred approach to reporting celebrity news. She has often gone viral for her popular YouTube channel videos, where she boasts nearly one million subscribers.

Also known for her current legal feud with rapper Cardi B, the social media personality’s countersuit against the “WAP” rapper was recently thrown out by a judge, TMZ reported, adding some closure to their years-long battle through the court.

Tasha K’s lawsuit sought money for damages with claimed that she suffered emotional distress. TMZ reported that the YouTube vlogger alleged that she was assaulted by Cardi B. Still, court documents obtained by the outlet revealed that the judge’s deciding factor was apparently a lack of evidence.

According to TMZ, the judge stated that the popular YouTube star “failed to produce any evidence that [Cardi] herself threatened [Latasha] or made her believe that she was going to harm her.”

In April 2019, Cardi B’s camp reportedly filed a defamation lawsuit against Tasha K after

claiming that the New York rapper had herpes and was a prostitute. She responded with a $3 million lawsuit that alleged that Cardi B threatened her while she was going through a “high-risk pregnancy,” according to TMZ.

Now pregnant with her own second child, it appears that the “Bodak Yellow” won’t have to cough up any cash related to Tasha K’s countersuit. But it doesn’t look like she’ll be done with the legal system after this, as the 28-year-old entertainer’s defamation lawsuit is still reportedly

unresolved.

Neither Tasha K nor Cardi B has commented on the recent dismissal.
