Black Twitter had The Migos’ Quavo trending after a performance video surfaced of a long-haired dreadlocked artist busting a move on stage.
The video in question was of the self-proclaimed King of R&B Jacquees and not the “Walk It Talk It” rapper. But Black Twitter didn’t care. In the footage, Jacquees gave high knees, a NayNay and another unrecognizable move to the delight of the social media platform users. They also the artist was Quavo – even fans of the two men.
Although Quavo is a relatively good dancer and a
beast of an athlete, it’s not his performance style– so the uncanny resemblance and the out-of-character choreography made for jokes on Twitter.Rapper Lil Yachty posted the video with the caption, “Quavo a** be trippin… lol.”
That’s when the jokes began.
One Twitter user added a spicy church remix to one of Jacquees’ other dance videos.
Black Twitter always reminds us why it is undefeated!
We hope Jacquees and Quavo aren’t planning any dance battles.
