Thrice Grammy Award-winning singer and Zaddy extraordinaire Maxwell reminded the people on social media that his knees were indeed still “good.”
On October 22, a Twitter user posted a video of the 49-year-old singer dropping it low while performing in an unknown location. The young woman had questions about Maxwell’s performance.
“Maxwell ain’t got a single song that calls for this,” she asked.
Black Twitter went up for the impromptu performance.
And @artfulkash doubled down on the viral tweet that there’s no song in the “Woman’s Work” singer’s repertoire that would require those moves.
Twitter users begged to differ.
One Twitter user even compared Maxwell’s knees to strong knees goat Megan Thee Stallion.
Maxwell must’ve gotten wind of the now-viral tweet. On Tuesday, he posted a response about his agile knees and issued a hilarious warning on social media.
“Y’all wanna laugh, but your knees ain’t built like that. This the Maxwell Challenge.
”Black Twitter users hyped up the “Fortunate” singer.
