VIDEO: Actress Aisha Hinds Ties The Knot In Grenada!

Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Walker!

Actress Aisha Hinds tied the knot with her boo Silky Valenté (whose real last name is Walker) in a gorgeous Grenada ceremony.

On May 21, The Grenadian-American star celebrated her wedding with a star-studded guest list at the Silversands Grenada resort. According to ESSENCE, “everyone from Yvonne Orji and Kellee Stewart to Dewanda Wise and husband, fellow actor Alano Miller” attended the beautiful soiree.

The newly-married Mrs. Walker shared several videos from the gorgeous Spice Isle ceremony on Instagram.

This caption read, “•| B R I D E • A L L • P A R T Y |•
Here comes the bride….” followed by giving shoutouts to the companies who dressed her bridal crew DOWN.

She also shared photos of her bridal team, thanking them for making her experience so memorable.

The couple got engaged in November 2020.

Hinds told ESSENCE, “He completely surprised me.” He popped the question to her on the roof of the Waldorf Astoria in Los Angeles, where years before her career took off, she worked.

“It was great to have a sip of joy in the year 2020, and that moment for me definitely disrupted the narrative of 2020. And I’m glad that I can look back at 2020 in a way that has given me even one highlight out of the year,” she continued.
