UPDATE: Snoop Dogg’s Sexual Assault Accuser Filed Motion to Drop Charges

"Her complaint was full of false allegations and deficiencies."

The woman who sued Snoop Dogg and Bishop Don “Magic” Juan for $10 million for sexual assault back in February 2013 has filed a motion to drop the lawsuit on Wednesday.

Named Jane Doe in court documents, the accuser requested that the lawsuit would be dropped “in its entirety” and “without prejudice,” which means she could refile it in the future. While she didn’t unveil her reasons behind the request, a spokesperson for the rapper spoke about the situation.

“It is not surprising that the plaintiff dismissed her complaint against the defendants,” the source told Billboard. “Her complaint was full of false allegations and deficiencies.”

The lawsuit revealed shocking details about how Doe was allegedly assaulted by Bishop Don “Magic” Juan and Snoop Dogg separately in May 2013 over 24 hours. She recounted that after accepting a ride home from Juan, she fell asleep in the car while reportedly going to her house, only to wake up at Juan’s house.

Doe stated he “repeatedly shoved himself into her mouth,” and then they went to Snoop Dogg’s recording studio where she alleged the rapper “barged in on her” and “demanded oral sex.” She said she did what he demanded her to do because she was “afraid for her safety and for her life.”

The alleged victim claimed she wasn’t hired again after rejecting their bribery.

Snoop Dogg stated that the case was a “thinly veiled attempt to extort defendant for money” days before his appearance at the Super Bowl halftime show. His lawyers then stated that the plaintiff’s story wasn’t accurate. Instead of commenting on the opposing arguments, she refiled the lawsuit in early March – only for Snoop Dogg’s lawyers to argue her updated suit was flawed, stating it was “devoid of many of the necessary details relevant to her claim” and it recited “irrelevant statements” from previous interviews.
