Toya Johnson And Robert ‘Red’ Rushing Tie The Knot In Extravagant Star-Studded Ceremony

Reality TV personality and actress Toya Johnson and her beau Robert “Red” Rushing recently tied the knot in an extravagant star-studded ceremony.

Toya and Robert officially tied the knot in a luxe ceremony in Los Cabos, Mexico, on Oct. 15. Attendees of the wedding included her closest friends and relatives: veteran R&B singers Tiny Harris, Monica and Letoya Luckett, RHOA star Porsha Williams, LHHNY’s Yandy Smith, LHHATL’s Rasheeda, and her daughter with legendary rapper Lil Wayne, Reginae Carter.

The 38-year-old shared several images of the extravagant ceremony via her Instagram. In it, she’s seen wearing a beautiful custom-made gown by Dallas-based designer Ese Azenabor.

“Introducing Mr. & Mrs. RUSHING [engagement ring],” Toya wrote on Oct. 16.

Ese also shared several posts of the New Orleans native’s intricately designed gown.

“More moments with @toyajohnson [heart emojis],” the designer wrote. “We can’t get over how gorgeous she looked on her wedding day. Congratulations to you and your Husband. In her second follow-up post, Toya wrote that she got her “fairy-tale ending.”

“Finally got my fairy-tale ending,” she said about marrying her beau. The two reportedly began dating in 2016. “Thank you, @eseazenabor, for making me feel like a real-life princess.”

In the third and fourth posts about her wedding, she showed off pictures of herself alongside the bridesmaids.

“Bride Tribe [heart]. #rushingdowntheaisle #mygirls,” she wrote.

Toya also gushed over them, saying they were “the baddest bride squad.”

“The baddest bride squad [red heart emoji]. My girls look amazing! I love each and every one of you. Thanks for helping make our day extra special. We love y’all so much [red heart emoji]. #mysistersforlife [red heart emoji].”
