Tia Mowry And Cory Hardrict Settle Divorce With No Child And Spousal Support

Divorce settlement of the year!

Actress Tia Mowry, 44, is single and can keep all her coins to herself (and her children).

The Blast reported that the Sister, Sister star’s divorce settled with her and ex-husband Cory Hardrict, 43, agreeing to no child and spousal support.

The former couple kept it simple and chummy by agreeing to joint legal and physical custody of their two children — 11-year-old son Cree and 5-year-old daughter Cairo.

Hardrict and Mowry acceded to evenly dividing the expenses pertaining to their children, from private school funds to after-school dues.

Furthermore, Mowry wholly owns their once-shared $4.3 million Studio City family house. Although it’s unclear who bought it, there’s speculation that she purchased the house and wanted to keep it.

Mowry and Hardrict went above and beyond to ensure their divorce went smoothly as possible with little to no drama. In addition to property and children, they addressed one controversial topic that not many divorced couples get a handle on until it’s too late — prospective romantic partners.

The agreement restricted the actors from introducing their children to their potential partners until the six-month mark.

“Each party is party is restrained from introducing the minor children to a new romantic partner until the party has been in an exclusive relationship with the romantic partner for at least six months,” the agreement read.

During the six months of the relationship, both parties are forbidden

to allow the romantic partner to sleep over when the minor children are with one of the parents “during the first six months of the exclusive relationship.”

The Game actors agreed not to speak “in a negative disrespectful or derogatory manner to or about the other party in the children’s presence or within hearing distance of the minor children.” This clause extends to Mowry and Hardrict’s friends and family.

The consequences for violating the terms are unknown.

Per a Sis2Sis report, the Instant Mom actress and The Oath actor’s divorce ended in April, a year after announcing their decision to split via Instagram.
