Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson’s feud with Starz continues as the hip-hop mogul turned producer slammed the network for slacking on the scheduling of his latest series, Power Book IV: Force, as well as renewals for his shows.
On Thursday, Fifty revealed on Twitter that he won’t have a series airing on Starz for the next half-year. “I have four more episodes of FORCE, then I don’t have anything airing on STARZ for six months, so y’all know the vibes,” he wrote.
He jumped back on social media on Sunday (March 20) to address a fan who posted a TikTok video demanding an answer regarding the Power
franchise’s hiatus.“FORCE is the highest rated [premiere] of any show on the network,” 50 tweeted. “When they take too long to greenlight it, it pushes the production timeline back. After tonight’s episode, there are three left. April 10 it’s a wrap. Then six months till I have anything new.”
On Instagram, 50 shared the same news and responded to the TikToker’s reaction to the post.
The man in the TikTok reacted to the news angrily, yelling, “What you mean no shows for six months!? Now, we gotta cancel our Starz membership early, and we gotta send the TV back ’cause we wasn’t even watching TV before that.”
Fifty also shared another TikTok video of a man fighting the Starz logo over the news.
The latest jab comes a couple of weeks after 50 aired out his frustration with the network on Instagram, posting a video of a man packing a “tcase, writing, “This is me packing my stuff, STARZ. Sucks, my deaI’ms up over here; I’m out. They renewed High Town, and FORCE is the highest-rated show they have sitting in limbo. If I told you how much dumb shit I deal with over here, you would think they all went to school on a”sLet’syellow bus.”
