Suge Knight Allegedly Beat And Humiliated Tupac Shakur’s Brother And Friend

Knight apparently wanted to show 2Pac his crew was weak.

According to Reggie Wright Jr., Tupac Shakur’s brother and friend were beaten and humiliated by Suge Knight in an elevator back in 1995. The incident allegedly happened in New York City after the Source Awards.

Wright discussed the incident on video and said that Mopreme Shakur and Tupac’s friend Kendrick Wells were first beaten in the hotel elevator after the Source Awards.

“Kendrick’s version of it is they got him on the elevator and they were just hitting on him and socking him. And he was like ‘what’s this about?'”

Wright said that they also stripped the men buck-naked to humiliate them further.

“These grown men were made to get buck naked, go outside and throw snowballs in the air. Right after that, 2Pac sent them home,” Wright said.

He said that Knight later told him that they beat Wells and Shakur to show Tupac that his crew was too weak.

“I later heard from Suge that their reasoning for doing that was to show was they were showing Tupac that the guys he had around him were weak,” Wright concluded.

Knight liked bullying and humiliating people. According to Variety, he was sued by rappers George and Lynwood Stanley after being assaulted by Knight in his recording studio for using his phone and getting lippy.

The beating allegedly happened in 1992, and the men were beaten bloody. Knight reportedly fired a gun at them after making them strip and threatened to kill their families if they snitched.

Knight also beat up a record promoter Mark Anthony Bell in 1995. Bell was a good friend of P Diddy’s, and Knight beat him severely during a holiday party held at the Chateau Le Blanc. Bell had

refused to give him Diddy’s address. He also forced him to drink urine before letting him leave (Bell never gave up that address, though).
