‘So What Is The Truth?’: Stevie J & Faith Evans Vacation Together Amid Divorce Rumors

Stevie J reportedly filed for divorce from the singer last week.

Less than a week after Stevie J reportedly filed for divorce from Faith Evans. The two appear to be on excellent terms, with the “Soon as I Get Home” singer sharing multiple videos from a beach outing the pair took earlier this week and confusing fans everywhere.

This past Sunday, Evans captioned a post on her Instagram, “Get us free, bruh! @hitmansteviej_1,” and uploaded videos of her and Stevie J doing cartwheels in the sand. Many then began to wonder if the two had reconciled and placed their rumored split on pause.

Last week, Sister2Sister reported that the Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta star had filed for divorce from Evans in Los Angeles County. The couple reportedly tied the knot in a Las Vegas hotel room in 2018, making it the first marriage for Stevie J and the third for Evans, who was previously married to music producer Todd Russaw and The Notorious B.I.G.

In May 2020, police were called over to their home and arrested Evans for allegedly assaulting Stevie J, according to T.M.Z. The 48-year-old was booked on a felony domestic violence charge after officers reportedly noticed scratches on the famed record producer’s face, but posted bond later that same day.

Seemingly addressing fans who are speculating on the couple’s status, Evans uploaded a reposted meme on Monday, reading, “Did you know there are 3 places you can stay for free? ‘In your lane,’ ‘Out of my business,’ and, ‘over there.’

What are your thoughts on Evans and Stevie J’s tumultuous relationship and murky marriage status? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section.
