Scarface Challenges Ice Cube to a Special Verzuz Rap Battle

Will Ice Cube rise to the challenge?

While making a guest appearance on The Breakfast Club with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God, Scarface mentioned that he’d like to challenge the rap legend and actor Ice Cube to a Verzuz rap battle with a unique twist.

The men started by chatting about how a Verzus battle between Geto Boys and NWA would be epic. Scarface then stated that NWA is his all-time favorite rap group.

He added that if he were to go head to with anyone in a Verzuz battle, it’d be Ice Cube. However, he does have a special rule to participate.

“I’ll do one with Cube on [the] solo [tip],” says Scarface adding, “I’ll play all my favorite Cube shit, he’ll play all his favorite Face shit. I’ll beat him with that. I’ll kill him with the favorite Cube shit ’cause I got favorite Cube shit that can’t nobody touch.”

According to Complex, Ice Cube was the Breakfast Club earlier this month and gave his own two cents on his ideal Versus battle.

“My version of Verzuz would have been, I pull somebody out there like Chuck D or Public Enemy or something, and I play all the songs I love from him, and he play all the songs he love from me,” “It’s a lovefest.”

Cube has yet to commit on the mic throwdown just yet.

“It’s not something I’m thinking about doing, but if it comes about, who knows. I ain’t saying yeah, and I ain’t saying no,” Cube said.
