Russell Wilson Hosts Romantic Birthday Dinner For Ciara On Top Of Seattle’s Space Needle

The NFL star proves himself to be the King of Romance, once again.

Russell Wilson pulled out all of the stops for Ciara’s 36th birthday earlier this week, continuing to outdo himself. Escorting his wife to the top of Seattle’s famous Space Needle attraction, the NFL star managed to set up a romantic and personal birthday dinner, complete with several bouquets of red and white roses, balloons, candles and a stellar view of the city’s nighttime skyline.

Sharing a video of the date on Instagram Monday, the “Goodies” singer showed her and Wilson taking an elevator ride to the top of the Space Needle and walking into the grand venue. “Oh my gosh! What the heck?” Ciara

says while filming the surprise on her phone.

With Sade’s “No Ordinary Love” and The Weeknd’s “Earned It” playing in the background, the married pair walk past rose petals in the video and find their seats. Adding even more romance to the night, Wilson flirtily tells his wife on camera, “So we have a special date night tonight, me and you. We’re gonna have dinner on top of Seattle. A little movie time, too. I know you love The Crown. So we’ll watch The Crown, and have some dessert. Then some more dessert later,”

Gushing on Instagram, Ciara thanked the Seattle Seahawks quarterback and dedicated father for the thoughtful birthday date, writing, “Thank You for loving me the way you do! I didn’t have much growing up, but I can say I had a lot of love. That feeling made me feel like I could conquer the world. That’s how you make me feel. Like a little girl all over again. I love you so much!”

After celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary this past summer, it’s apparent that their love only grows over time. What’s your favorite part of Wilson’s romantic birthday surprise? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section!
