Rihanna Receives Body Positivity Praise For Featuring One-Armed Model In Lingerie Brand

Rihanna and her lingerie brand Savage x Fenty are receiving praise for featuring a one-armed amputee model.

Mia, known by her model name Miss5thave, has taken social media by storm after the lingerie company shared sexy shots of her to its 4.7 million Instagram followers.

The caption read, “Let ’em know u Savage, Not Sorry w/out sayin’ it. ⁣#SavageInTheStreets”

Another post read, “Leave little to the imagination with our “X-Ray Vision” collection. #SavageXFenty.”

Rihanna, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend A$AP Rocky, is constantly being applauded for showing other brands how to incorporate inclusivity, diversity, and body positivity in her brands.

Fans have gushed over Fenty’s diverse models, especially the most recent Miss5thave.

One fan wrote, “I love how she has real women bodies advertising her product.”

Another fan said, “Amp representation!!!! I love seeing another amp Queen!!!.”

Miss5thave, who worked as a dispatcher for the NY Police Department before COVID, has 151 thousand followers on her Instagram platform and is known for her beauty and confidence.

In one of her posts from 2017, she shared a comment she received from Rihanna herself.

The comment read, “So inspiring!!!! So d*mn beautiful!!!!”

She quoted it, “SOMEBODY GET ME A ASTHMA PUMP CAUSE I NEED SOME OXYGEN !!!! ??????? @badgalriri”

We love that she was able to manifest working with Fenty. She even speaks about her experience working with Fenty on a video on her Youtube channel.
