Rihanna Announces She’s Opening Five Savage x Fenty Stores In The US

The Bajan singer says, "2022, We coming in HOT!"

Rihanna is finally opening five brick and mortar Savage x Fenty Stores this year.

According to the Grammy-award-winning singer, the brand will have multiple locations, including Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Houston, Philadelphia, and Washington DC. She took to Twitter to announce the exciting news.

“2022, we coming in HOT!” She tweeted. “We bout to bring you a whole new #SavagexFenty experience with the launch of our brick-and-mortar retail stores!”

The announcement came with a pretty cool rendering of what the stores will look like. It’s colorful, bright, sleek, and of course, very sexy.

“Can’t believe it’s actually that time,” she continued on her Twitter page. “…and I can’t wait for you to have this experience IRL…. our very first locations: Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Houston, Philadelphia, and Washington DC. watch the @SavagexFenty feed for details.”

Shortly after, Savage x Brand released a statement about their new venture Business Insider reports.

“On the heels of the brand’s incredible growth since first launching in 2018, this new direct-to-consumer experience is the next step to bringing a fuller expression of the brand to consumers in key markets,” they said. However, this isn’t the first time Savage x Fenty has had physical versions.

Four years ago, Rihanna opened multiple Savage x Fenty pop-up shops in the US. The first one was opened during New York Fashion Week on September 23, 2018. Located on Broadway in Soho, the location was fresh, fun, flirty, and on-trend. We expect nothing less from the billionaire powerhouse.

Speaking of which, Rihanna’s lingerie company was valued at $1 billion in 2021. That whopping number contributes to the Bajan singer’s status as a billionaire. Last year, Forbes reported that she racked up a net worth of about $1.7 billion. As such, she’s one of the wealthiest musicians in the world. She also became a national hero in her native island, Barbados, back in November 2021. Go, Black woman!

Rihanna says to keep updated with Savage x Fenty for more announcements on their forthcoming stores. Move over Victoria’s Secret.
