North West’s Landscape Painting Landed an Invitation to Bob Ross Experience Museum

North West is truly an artist in the making!

The seven-year-old landscape painting caught the Bob Ross Experience Museum’s eye and is now invited to their exhibit in Muncie, Indiana.

Rob Ross Inc’s Executive Assistant, Sarah Strohl, was amazed after viewing North’s painting and compared her talent to the late artist and Joy of Painting host, Rob Ross. If North accepts the invitation, she will participate in a special class that mentions wet-on-wet painting techniques.

The Bob Ross Experience includes paintings from the Joy of Painting series, and it is a sanctuary for artists’ who embody Ross’s creativity-promoting message.

North’s painting is incredible and quite advance for a child. However, it was questioned after her mother, Kim Kardashian, posted the picture on Instagram. Kardashian responded to the spectators by saying, ” How dare you see children doing awesome things and then try to accuse them of NOT being awesome! Stop embarrassing yourselves with the negativity and allow every child to be GREAT.” Interior designer Camryn Frederickson also defended Kardashian since her mother was North’s teacher.

“My mother has been an art teacher for 30 years and everyone that comes through her classes goes through this exact same painting when they’re starting out,’ said Frederickson.
