Nick Cannon Expecting Another Child With Model Alyssa Scott, This is Number 12

Nick Cannon is set to be a father of another child with Alyssa Scott after losing their newborn son Zene last year.

The news came via an Instagram post on October 26; the post showed off a baby bump and revealed that she’s expecting a third child. The photo featured her four-year-old daughter Zeela in matching blue floral outfits. 

“With you by my side,” the model wrote in the caption. Scott didn’t name Cannon as the father in the post, but Entertainment Tonight confirmed that Cannon is the father of Scott’s child. The incoming child makes for Nick Cannon’s 12th kid with a handful of different women. 

The model hinted at another pregnancy in May of this year in a Mother’s day post, although it was unclear if it was a current photo or an older one from a prior one. The 29-year-old wrote on the post, “Today I’m grateful I was able to pick up the phone and hear my mom and grandmother’s voice on the other line,” she captioned. “I’m grateful for my daughter, who is holding my hand through this holiday. I mean it when I say my heart is with every woman and every mother today. Love.”

Scott continued to post several more posts following the initial reveal of the baby bump. Thee latest pregnancy news comes a year after Cannon and Scott lost their son Zen in December of 2021. The little boy was born with brain cancer and lived only five months.
