Meet Naima: Tristan ‘Mack’ And Christina Wilds’ Second Child, A Daughter

Congratulations and best of luck to the happy pair!

Actor and musician Tristan “Mack” Wilds and Christina Wilds introduced their second baby to the public, posting the baby’s first photo on their Instagram accounts on Dec. 1.

Mack revealed that their daughter’s name is Naima, a feminine name of Arabic origin.

“Naima (nah-ee-muh): Derived from Arabic word نعیمہ, Naima means benevolent, pleasant, or tranquil,” Mack shared with his followers. “All praises due. Welcome home, Naima.”

Mack’s post comprises a photo of his and Christina’s hand on top of Tristyn Naomi’s hand, their first child, whose finger is clenched in Naima’s.

“Naima [nah-ee-muh]: tranquil / pleasantness,” Christina wrote. “Mom of 2…thankful, grateful, God is good. #GirlMom.”

Christina’s announcement regarding Naima’s arrival comprised a photo of the newborn in pink baby overalls with a white, floral long-sleeved shirt underneath. The mother of two kept her daughter’s face out of view.

There’s no telling when the couple will reveal their baby’s face.

In response to their good news, friends of the two congratulated them in the comments section.

“Awww congratulations, soooo amazing!” actress Naturi Naughton wrote.

Actor Michael Ealy, who many say Mack looks like, showed the parents of two love, writing, “…and now there you are 4! Look at God. All love!”

The couple announced their pregnancy on Aug. 18, 2022, posting a photo of them in swim attire and Christina looking more than five months pregnant.

The 33-year-old has been vocal about how important family is to him. On OWN’s They Call Me Dad, Mack referred to Christina and Tristyn as his “everything,” stating he turned to his wife for thoughts on his ideas and to Tristyn for inspiration, per a Sis2Sis report.

The couple met on The Wire set when they were just teenagers and have been together ever since.

Congratulations to the beautiful couple!
