Master P’s Water Company Provides Hurricane Relief To New Orleans

This is a great help.

Hip-hop rapper Master P has recently set out to give hurricane relief efforts to New Orleans, Louisiana, by providing clean drinking water via his water company, LA Great, after Hurricane Ida left behind devastating effects.

According to an interview MasterP had with TMZ, he spoke

about the power outages and the heat faced by residents of the city who have no A/C, running water, or gasoline.

“The lights have been out for a while. No phone access… It’s gonna take all of us to come together.”

Master said his water company, LA Great, is giving out bottled drinking water and emergency supplies in New Orleans and other affected areas to residents in need.

“If you need some help, need some assistance, we’re gonna make sure people get water. Make sure we’re able to feed our people and help them get back,” Master P said.

He also said that he plans to head to his hometown to help with on-the-field work efforts soon.

“New Orleans — it’s a lot of love in that city even though we go through a lot of devastations and tragedies,” he said. “We’re gonna overcome.”

As previously reported by News Onyx, Hurricane Ida slammed into the state of Louisiana on Sunday, August 29, as a Category 4 hurricane.

New Orleans prevented extensive damage through means of levees and floodgates that supported the city against Hurricane Ida.

Despite this, the storm’s force, which had the strength of Hurricane Katrina, has still destroyed parts of the state, left a million people without power, and resulted in 4 deaths.

The “Ugggh..Na Na Na” mentioned that individuals who need assistance or want to volunteer at LA Great’s next “Hurricane Relief Pop Up Event” can find more information on the brand’s website.
