Mariah Carey Performs “Oh Santa” With Jennifer Hudson & Ariana Grande Live

The trio took the stage in Madison Square Garden and had the crowd going wild.

On Saturday night, December 8, pop icon Mariah Carey shocked her fans with an incredible Christmas time performance. At her Madison Square Garden concert, she took the stage with a live performance of one of her songs featuring Ariana Grande and Jennifer Hudson.

On the New York stop of her Merry Christmas One And All tour, she got the crowd cheering by announcing that she had an “unexpected yet amazing” surprise for her fans. She continued to call her “Christmas angels” to the stage with her.

Hudson and Grande came out on stage with holiday themed mini dresses and began performing their Christmas collaboration song “Oh Santa.”

Fans of Carey, Hudson, and Grande took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to praise the trio for their performance.

Following the Merry Christmas One And All concert, Carey praised the other two women for joining her on stage. She wrote on Instagram, “Grateful to have the gorgeous and talented, the Christmas angels join me on stage tonight for our song “Oh Santa! (Remix).”

Grande also hopped on Instagram to share a picture of the performance on her story, captioning, “I love you queen [Mariah Carey] thank you for this incredibly special moment.”

Carey released “Oh Santa” originally back in 2010 on her second Christmas album titled Merry Christmas II You. The remix came out years later after Hudson and Grande came on as guests in Mariah Carey’s Magical Christmas Special, featuring their iconic harmonies and whistle notes.
