Lil Baby’s Restaurant, Seafood Menu, Responded To A Woman’s Detailed And Viral Negative Review

The woman claimed they shorted her two shrimps and only gave her half of a catfish, hidden under a whole catfish.

Rapper Lil Baby’s brand-new Atlanta-based restaurant responded to a woman’s negative review that went viral, TMZ reported.

In the review posted on TikTok, the woman explained that she went to try Lil Baby’s new seafood restaurant, The Seafood Menu, on Martin Luther King Drive but said she wouldn’t return.

The woman showed her receipt, which showed she had ordered a fried Lobster tail and six-piece shrimp platter and a two-piece catfish. But when she got her foot, she claimed the restaurant gave her half of the catfish and tried to hide it under a whole fish.

She also said The Seafood Menu staff only gave her four of the six shrimp she ordered. She also said the fries weren’t good.

In a statement to TMZ, the Seafood Menu said it “greatly appreciates all feedback, regardless of its nature, as it contributes to the continuous improvement of our customer service. We recently became aware of a video circulating on a social media, which appears to depict a to-go order from our opening day.”

The statement continued, “However, we are unable to verify the timing of the video in relation to the food order. It’s worth noting that our opening day saw an impressive turnout of over 2,000 patrons, with nearly 99% of reviews being positive. While we regret not having the chance to directly address this concern, we remain dedicated to enhancing our services and serving our underserved community to the best of our ability.”

Lil Baby opened Seafood Menu last month on the streets where he reportedly grew up. In addition to serving good food to those in the neighborhood, Lil Baby aimed to provide economic opportunities and jobs to those around the restaurant.

Seafood Menu contains organ chairs and booths with some of the greatest icons in the music industry painted on the wall, from Prince to Ray Charles.
