Keke Palmer Addresses Internet Trolls’ ‘Ugly’ Comments: ‘I Really Want Y’all To Get The Help Y’all Need’

She clapped back at the trolls via a passionate Twitter post.

Keke Palmer recently addressed internet trolls’ “ugly” comments, saying, “I really want y’all to get the help y’all need.”

The NAACP Image Award-winning actress clapped back at her haters via Twitter on Dec. 6.

“I just saw a few comments of ppl saying I was ugly [be]cause I wasn’t wearing any makeup,” she said.

Keke continued, encouraging the internet trolls to “get the help” they need “because makeup isn’t real.”

“And I really want y’all to get the help y’all need because makeup isn’t real. I’m beautiful in real life, because of who I am, not what I look like,” she said.

In a follow-up tweet, she shared that she wished she “could bottle [up]” how she felt about herself.

“I wish I could bottle how I feel about myself and sell it. Because some people take comments to heart and these ppl just say anything. I mean truly it’s insane to say anyone is ugly, but especially me [laughing emojis],” she tweeted.

Her sentiments arrived just a few days after announcing that she’s expecting her first child. She delivered the exciting news via her latest appearance on the long-running comedy sketch show SNL.

“There’s some rumors going around. People have been in my comments saying Keke’s having a baby. Keke’s pregnant. And I want to set the record straight. I am!” she exclaimed while revealing her growing baby bump that was concealed under a brown suit. “I gotta say, though, it is bad when people on the internet spread rumors about you y’all, but it’s even worse when they’re correct.”

The actress reportedly revealed her baby bump amid pregnancy rumors that had been swirling on the internet. During her monologue, she added that she had a “liquor sponsorship on the line” as the rumors spread.

“I was trying so hard to keep it on the down low because I got a lot of stuff going on. People kept coming up to me [saying] ‘congratulations’ I’m like ‘shhh’ can y’all stop?” she hilariously said.
