Actress Keke Palmer inadvertently revealed that she is having a baby boy during her recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
On Wednesday, the 29-year-old mom-to-be sat down with the late-night talk show host, and the topic of her baby’s due date came up. After the pair exchanged pleasantries and Jimmy complimented Keke’s glowing pregnancy beauty.
“Hi, baby! I cannot wait to meet you,” Fallon said excitedly.
Keke replied, “The baby said, ‘What’s up? I can’t wait to be besties.”
The two discussed Keke’s December appearance on Saturday Night Live, where she confessed to the audience that she was having a baby– her first pregnancy. The talented entertainer also told the host how excited she was to work with SNL’s longest-tenured cast member– Kenan Thompson– who was also from her hometown of Chicago.
The conversation veered back to Keke’s baby, with Jimmy bringing up the baby’s zodiac sign.
“So, my baby is either going to be a Pisces or an Aries,” she explained. “Pisces are known to be very deep they’re emotional creatures. So, I just want to make sure I’m not too blunt for my baby boy. I don’t want to be too …like wassup… because sometimes I can be a little too ‘tell it like it is.’ I need to wade in the water with a Pisces.”
In January, the Scream Queens actress posted photos from her gorgeous maternity shoot.
Keke captioned the photo, “It’s giving POETRY. it’s giving MICHAEL ANGELO. it’s giving SISTINE CHAPEL. it’s giving MASTERPIECE. behold, a mother, a father and the blessed baby we await in pure awe. the greatest gift from above we could ever dream. We can’t wait to meet, you little one! we are so glad to be your earth parents as God’s hands are placed so gently over your life.”
