Ms. Chloe Bailey doesn’t play when it comes to her sister, Halle Bailey. She clarified that during an Instagram Live session on Sunday, Aug. 20.
The 25-year-old went on Live as her hairstylist prepared her before she took the stage for her 2023 Sol Blume performance. Throughout the Live, Chloe flaunted her glowing, youthful skin and encouraged her fans to grab tickets to “The In Pieces Tour.”
One commenter asked, “Is Halle pregnant?!”
She didn’t respond until the end of the Live when she flashed her Renaissance-themed nails and warned, “Y’all better keep my sister’s name out your mouth. Thank you.”
She added, “Amen. Hallelujah. S**t. ‘Bout to get me riled the hell up.”
Her hairstylist in the back could be heard saying, “We don’t play about Halle,” Chloe verbally agreed with a “no.”
“Like, what the heck? Period,” Chloe reacted.
The pregnancy rumors surrounding Halle stemmed from a video of a shirtless DDG, her boyfriend, talking. In the back, Halle could be seen walking with her stomach seemingly protruding like a pregnant woman’s.
Furthermore, the getup she chose to wear at Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour recently seemed to corroborate the rumors.
She wore a pink oversized buttoned-up shirt that doubled as a dress.Many saw The Little Mermaid actress possibly being pregnant as negative, considering DDG practically humiliated the woman he loved. Around the time Halle was promoting The Little Mermaid, DDG released “Famous,” a song that showcased his insecurity. He didn’t like the newfound fame Halle obtained from doing the movie, and he didn’t like the romance between her and her co-star Jonah Hauer-King (Prince Eric), even though it was only for the film. Like, when they held hands at the U.K. premiere of the film.
Others found it weird that people thought negatively of Halle possibly being pregnant.
