Jazmine Sullivan Wants A Song Collab With Megan Thee Stallion ASAP

The "Pick Up Your Feelings" singer shot her shot on Instagram Tuesday.

After taking a years-long hiatus from music, powerhouse vocalist Jazmine Sullivan returned in a big way with her 2020 album Heaux Tales, which featured artists Ari Lennox and Anderson Paak. But now it seems that Sullivan has her eyes on her next collaborator, Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion. Shooting her shot on Instagram, Sullivan joked that she’s ready to get in the booth with Megan, bad knees and all.

Under a photo of Megan which captioned, “Money Meg,” the “Bust Your Windows” songstress commented her desire to record a song with her, writing in a comment, “MEG LETS DO A SONGGGG. I can’t dance, my knees are bad but I can sing sometimes! Lessgoo where my old knee heauxs at??”

Excited at the prospect of two faves coming together, fans instantly tweeted out their hope that the collab actually comes to fruition.

Mentioning Megan’s sampling of Sullivan’s “Holding You Down (Goin’ In Circles)” on her Good News album, one fan tweeted, “I really like when artists do mutual collabs: 1) Turn Meg’s “Circles” with the Jazmine sample into an actual bounçe-themed collab visual w/ Jazmine performing the hook. 2) Have Meg feature on one of these expected new tracks on Heaux Tales (Expanded Edition).”

“Megan and Jazmine on some Heaux Tale Shit? Yes please.” another fan added.
