Eva Marcille Sparks Controversy Demanding Child Support For Children

"Man adopts your child and now you want child support."

Fans of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” are in a frenzy after former cast member Eva Marcille filed for divorce from her husband, Michael T. Sterling, following nearly five years of marriage.

The news of their split has left fans torn, but it’s Marcille’s recent demand for child support that has ignited a heated debate.

In her divorce filing on March 23, Marcille stated that she and Sterling are “currently living in a bona fide state of separation.” However, it’s her request for child support for all three of their children that has raised eyebrows. This includes her older daughter, Marley Rae Sterling, whom Sterling willingly adopted.

According to reports, Marcille is seeking financial support from Sterling for the care of their two biological sons, 5-year-old Michael and 3-year-old Maverick, as well as for Marley Rae. The former “America’s Next Top Model” winner is also asking for assistance with medical bills for their children.

While Marcille’s request may seem reasonable to some, it has sparked a wave of mixed feelings among Twitter users.

One user criticized Marcille, calling her a “bird” and suggesting that the child should not have been adopted  if she now demands child support.

Another user argued that she should seek support from her child’s biological father instead.

Regardless of the outcome, one thing is clear: the divorce between Marcille and Sterling is not without its complications, and fans are eager to see how the situation unfolds.
