Dr. Heavenly Roasted On Social Media For Saying People Should Work For Free

Dr. Heavenly Kimes was roasted on social media for suggesting that folks work for free to prove their worth to prospective employers. Per The Shade Room, the Married To Medicine star gave employment advice on Twitter and said that people should consider working for free or for less money to secure employment.

The Married To Medicine

star, a dentist in Atlanta, said that she shouldn’t be expected to pay anyone who is not experienced and that a great way to learn is to work for lesser or no pay. Kimes posted a video on Twitter that said, “Work for FREE. To get where you want to Be!”

Kimes graduated at the top of her class at Meharry Medical College with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery. She is also the founder of Heavenly Dental Associates, Inc. and the author of “Dr. Heavenly’s Business Prescriptions,” a book on achieving success and achieving wealth. The Bravo star is also an inspirational speaker and holds a real estate license.

Most Twitter users were not here for her advice, and they let the good doctor know it. Dr. Heavenly’s idea was called wack, stupid, exploitation, and bulls*t.

After one Twitter user replied that the good doctor was promoting slavery, she clapped back that they were probably unemployed.

“Nope I’m trying to help you get a job!! Chances are your not doing anything anyway .. probably collecting unemployment… Why not prove yourself for the job you want! THINK. !!! However closed minded people will never get ahead #.”

Some Twitter users agreed with Dr. Heavenly about working for free to learn a job.

The Married To Medicine star, whose net worth is around $4 million, is standing by her comments and believes that her advice was sound.
