DaBaby Responds To BOGO Ticket Sale Jokes That He’s Struggling To Sellout 1,300 Alabama Venue

"STOP IT," DaBaby seemingly responded via Instagram.

Controversial rapper DaBaby recently responded to BOGO ticket sale jokes that he’s struggling to sell out a 1,300-person Alabama venue.

Jokes mocking Da Baby’s buy-one, get-one free ticket sales have been circulating on the internet after Pop Crave tweeted about the special.

“A buy one get one free ticket offer is currently happening for DaBaby’s upcoming show in Birmingham, Alabama. The venue, Iron City, has a standing capacity of 1300 people.” Pop Crave tweeted

on Nov. 7. The tweet was accompanied by a screenshot of an Eventbrite listing, which promised fans a free ticket if they purchased one for the show.

“DaBaby ‘Baby On Baby 2’ all ages,” the listing indicates. “Red Mountain Ent. Presents Da Baby at Iron City on 11.15.22! Tickets are non-refundable. Starts on Nov. 15, 8 p.m. CST.”

Twitter users resorted to mocking the rapper’s inability to sell out the venue.

“DaBaby seeing his ticket sales: ‘oh man…this doin’ numbers,'” @ssris_enjoyer tweeted.

“DaBaby selling his tickets BOGO has got to be the saddest sh*t ever for a rapper,” one user said. “And it’s crazy cause nobody else hurt his career more than he did. Talk about self-sabotage, a lack of situational awareness, and ego,” @DonDadaNYC said.

“Remember when some of y’alls favs was claiming DaBaby was being blackballed? I wonder how they’d explain this (or the fact that homie is not selling tickets or music like he used to). I promise you everything isn’t a conspiracy theory,” @BritniDWrites tweeted.

DaBaby seemingly responded to the online jokes via Instagram on Nov. 8.

“STOP IT. Tell em how we rocking Boston! Stop playing bi**h ass ni**a,” he wrote over video footage of his recent show at Boston’s House Of Blues. In it, a packed crowd was seen singing along to the song “Rockstar” (2020).

Back in September, DaBaby caught some heat for his then-newly released song, “Boogeyman,” as he claimed he slept with Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion.
