DaBaby dished out everything he wanted to clarify in his latest controversial single, “Boogeyman,” from his album “Baby On Baby 2,” released on Friday. The first verse stirred a commotion online after the problematic rapper claimed that he allegedly had sex with Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion the day before she announced rapper Tory Lanez allegedly shot her.
“You play with me that s**t was childish,” the lyrics read. “The day before she said that Tory Lanez shot her, I was f**kin’ on Megan Thee Stallion. Waited to say that s**t on my next album. Hit it the day before, too.”
In 2020, the Houston rapper claimed that Lanez shot her in the foot after attending Kylie Jenner’s pool party in the Hollywood Hills.
DaBaby referenced the twerking connoisseur’s boyfriend, Pardison “Pardi” Fontaine.
“But I kept it played,r, I ain’t say nothing ’bout it,” he rapped. “Had her pretty boy, boyfriend tweeting me, ready to die ’bout the b***h like a coward. I told you n***as don’t play. Now you gon’ have to handle me.”
DaBaby was referring to his short Twitter feud with Pardi in 2021 over Megan The Stallion.
