Coroner Confirmed That Triple Threat Talented tWitch Died From A Self-Inflicted Gunshot Wound, Left Behind A Suicide Note

A Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s coroner confirmed that dancer and actor Stephen “tWitch” Boss died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Sis2Sis previously reported that tWitch died on Dec. 13. He was found dead in the bathroom of a Los Angeles hotel room with a gunshot wound. His wife, fellow dancer Allison Holker Boss, grew concerned for her husband after she noticed that he was absent from the home and left his car there. The mother of three went to the Los Angeles Police Department, frantic, and explained her concerns about her husband’s whereabouts since he wasn’t answering his phone.

According to TMZ, tWitch took an Uber to the hotel and placed his phone on airplane mode to prevent people from getting a hold of him. He checked into the hotel on Monday and was found dead by a hotel staff member the next day after failing to check out.

Law enforcement told the outlet that the DJ left behind a suicide note that addressed some of the challenges he endured in his past. It’s unknown what exactly the letter said.

Many people online began speculating why tWitch ended his life, with some assuming it had something to do with financial issues. However, sources close to him affirmed that neither he nor his family had any financial hardships.

His death not only came as a shock to fans but also to family members. In an interview with The Daily Mail, tWitch’s grandfather, 84-year-old Eddy Boss, shared his grandson’s last words.

“Every word has meaning,” Eddy said. “His last words to me were a simple text that says, ‘I love you, Dad-Dad.’ Our Question is why? Where did it come from?”

Eddy also shared that his grandson “was the same happy-go-lucky person that he’s always been. We had no indication that anything was out of the ordinary.”

He added, “All I can say is he was a beautiful person that contributed so much to this world and to everyone he met in a positive way. We miss him dearly, and we’re hurting tremendously.”
