City Girls’ JT And Cardi B Go Head To Head On Twitter

The banter went on for hours.

Cardi B and JT from City Girls exchanged words on Twitter on Monday.

The two female emcees went back and forth on the social media platform after JT showed love to GloRilla for her “Tomorrow 2” single featuring the Bronx rapper. The single topped the Billboard 100 chart at number 9 this week.

Cardi collaborated with JT and Yung Miami on the duo’s 2018 hit “Twerk,” so it was odd that the Miami native failed to mention the “WAP” rapper in her shoutout to GloRilla.

One Twitter user noticed that JT didn’t show Cardi love for the single’s success.

“But sis, why you ain’t congratulate Cardi? Don’t be that way,” @lovetyus wrote.

Cardi tweeted soon after that her tracks lived in the Top 10, and that’s when the situation took a turn for the worse.

The “Twerkulator” rapper shut down the naysayers, saying, “NAH, actually the tweet was too long! PLUS, Cardi Been having top 10’s– I been congratulating her for years. This is GLO first one, I’ve been ignoring y’all, but y’all are hella annoying, move ‘round & get off my DICK. Thank YOU!”

After JT’s banter with Twitter users, Cardi tweeted, “Lapdog.”

Then the sh*tshow between the two rappers began.

JT clapped back at Cardi, “I hope you don’t think you no BULLY!!!”

Cardi replied–indirectly.

At this point, the two women revealed that a conversation was also happening simultaneously in the DMs. JT and Cardi exchanged receipts of their respective star power and chart information.

The banter continued for hours, ending with the two rappers posting each other’s nemesis in their profile pics– Nicki Minaj on JT’s and Remy Ma on Cardi’s.

Whew! Anyway, congrats GloRilla.
