Chris Brown Sued For Allegedly Drugging, Raping Woman On Yacht

The woman is suing Brown for $20 million in damages.

Chris Brown is facing a $20 million lawsuit after a woman claimed the singer drugged and raped her on a yacht in 2020.

According to TMZ, the unidentified woman, a professional choreographer, dancer, model, and musical artist, is suing the “No Guidance” singer after claiming he raped her on a parked yacht outside Diddy’s Star Island home on Dec. 30, 2020.

In the court documents, the woman claimed Brown reportedly invited her to the home while Facetiming a friend with the 32-year-old. After the two arrived at the yacht, Brown offered her a drink while they headed towards the kitchen area. He allegedly gave the woman a red cup containing a mixed drink as they started

talking. After the musician filled her cup a second time, she stated that she had all of “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness.”

The lawsuit also stated that the woman felt “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep.” Then, she said Brown led her into a bedroom while she was “drugged” and “half-asleep.”

The “Run It” singer allegedly closed the door, removed her shorts, and started kissing her while blocking the exit so she couldn’t leave. She said she mumbled for him to stop, but Brown was persistent and allegedly raped her.

After he verbally announced that he was “done,” the woman disclosed that the singer contacted her the following day and demanded she takes a Plan B, which she did.

The alleged victim sued the “Going Crazy” artist for $20 million in damages, stating that she has suffered severe emotional distress from the alleged assault.

Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, the woman’s attorneys, said their client didn’t inform the police about the incident because she was a medical student at the time and felt embarrassed.

Mitchell and Vrabeck also said they’re “committed to victims being heard and would urge anyone with information to contact them.”
