Cardi B Demands ‘Permanent Injunction’ Against Blogger Tasha K

Cardi B wants vlogger Tasha K to be legally barred from talking about her after winning a $4 million defamation lawsuit against the Youtuber.

According to TMZ, The 29-year-old filed court documents in a federal court on Thursday night, calling for a permanent injunction against the blogger, whose real name is Latasha Kebe. While Cardi may have won the defamation lawsuit in January, the documents stated that it had not stopped Kebe from spreading false information about the “WAP” rapper.

As Sis2Sis previously reported, Tasha recorded

multiple videos on Youtube claiming Cardi had a cocaine habit, contracted herpes, and performed sex acts with beer bottles. The gossip blogger also claimed that the Bronx native was a prostitute and allegedly cheated on her husband Offset.

In the court documents, Tasha reportedly bragged about the controversial comments, saying, “Even if they did sue, b***h I ain’t got but a dollar to my name, b***h. What are you going to get? And there’s always bankruptcy, b***h.”

She continued, “I’m going to pull a 50 Cent on that b***h,” referring to the rapper filing for bankruptcy in 2015.

Cardi accused the 39-year-old of moving assets as proof she does not have the $4 million to pay her. Tasha went on Youtube and responded to Cardi’s accusations about her finances.

“Let me tell you how this was a blessing, though. Cause can’t nobody else sue me, and even if they do, I ain’t got no money. We’ve got estate lawyers. We’ve got every mother f***ing thing. I ain’t got s*** in my name, b***h,” she said.

Recently, she appeared on Social Society with hosts Kendra G. and Kendall Kyndall and admitted that she did not have the $4 million the judge ordered her to pay Cardi. She also said that she was contesting the outcome and filing an appeal.

“I ain’t got it.,” she replied. “Listen, I ain’t got it. I ain’t got it. Don’t ask me for no money. I ain’t got it.”

“But listen, we have business things in place that takes care of things like this.,” she continued. “But of course, the appellate court and the supreme court is in process right now,” Tasha said.

Tasha told the hosts that she didn’t plan on paying that amount of money to the rapstress.

“Nah. I’m not trying to pay $4 million. That’s what the appellate court is for. Who’s tryna pay $4 million?! Who?!”

Cardi responded in a Tweet after Tasha’s comments, warning the blogger.

“Think is a game, but trust imma come for everything …..BBHMM,” she wrote.
