Bhad Bhabie Goes Off on Lil Yachty About Cultural Appropriation During Chaotic Instagram Live Session

Bhad Bhabie felt a way about being accused of cultural appropriation and took her frustrations out on Lil Yachty during a chaotic Instagram Live session this week.

The clusterf—k occurred during an Instagram Live session on the 18-year-old’s page on Wednesday, XXL reported. Bhad Bhabie was having a hissy fit because she was tired of people accusing her of appropriating Black culture. Lil Yachty hopped on to be a voice of reason but ended up being a verbal punching bag.

“You think if you yell at a screen…,” he began before Bhad Bhabie cut him off.

“I need you to understand it’s a better way get your point across,” Yachty added.

She went off about internet critics who are “so f–king sensitive that anything I do or anything anyone else does.”

“But then the minute one of us comes for them, ‘Oh, why you talking about me? Oh, you don’t even know me.’ Like, what? How does that even make sense?” she added.

The “Hi Bich” rapper continued to shriek like a cicada as Lil Yachty tried to get a word in.

“The one thing I’m really really sick of is the whole, ‘Bhad Bhabie is a cultural appropriator,'” she continued. “No, y’all make these words have different terms for what they even mean. Cultural appropriation is if I was to sit up and say, ‘Oh, a certain race looks ugly with that and then I go do that on myself. Or say braids, for example, if I said that Black girls looked ugly with braids and then I go get them, that’s cultural appropriating. Or, when girls put chop sticks in their hair…”

Bhad Babie went on to argue she isn’t doing anything wrong if her intent is positive.

“That’s doing something negative with someone’s culture,” she screamed. “But when you simply do it out of appreciation, that’s not appropriation.”

A confused Lil Yachty asked where the rant about cultural appropriation came from but Bhad Bhabie kept going. The Dr. Phil alum addressed criticism of her Blaccent and claimed she would face criticism for being white even if she “donated $5 million to charity.”

“Anybody can grow up in the hood: White people, Asian people, Spanish people, Black people. Anybody can grow up in the hood,” Bhad Babie yelled. “You see Asian boys that get adopted by White families, they don’t have an Asian accent.”

“This ain’t got nothing to do with nothing,” Yachty said. “I swear to god nobody cares bro.”

After a few more half-hearted attempts to calm her down, Lil Yachty eventually gave up and left the stream. Bhad Bhabie kept ranting until someone walked up and snatched the phone out of her hand.

“I don’t give a f–k what my manager say,” she told the person before the Live abruptly ended.
