Beyoncé Spent Her 40th Birthday On The French Riviera In Cannes With Jay Z

And her outfits slayed.

Singer Beyoncé is living her best life. The “Formation” singer enjoyed her 40th birthday with her husband, Jay Z, and family on a yacht in Cannes, France. The singer turned 40 on Sept. 4.

The couple looked happy and relaxed as they spent time on a yacht in the French Riviera, and Beyoncé posted several photos of her vacation to the ‘Gram on Sept. 13.

Beyoncé and Jay Z can be seen enjoying themselves in several different photos wearing different outfits, prompting one Instagram fan to say, “Y’all take pics like play cousins.”

The birthday girl is seen wearing several ensembles, including a peach wrap mini dress, an orange and white one-piece vintage-style shorts outfit, flared jeans paired with a feathered white shirt accessorized with a martini glass purse, and a black mini skirt with a white button-down shirt and black Valentino ankle-strap heels.

Bey also killed it with a lime green double-breasted dress with a matching jacket and ankle strap heels.

The singer also showed her love of fashion when she graced the cover of the Aug. 10 issue of Harper’s Bazaar and was

candid about her plans for the future. Beyoncé said she is committed to creating businesses outside of the music industry to help end systematic racism.

“I want to continue to work to dismantle systemic imbalances,” she said. “I want to continue to turn these industries upside down. I plan to create businesses outside of music. I have learned that I have to keep on dreaming. One of my favorite quotes is from the inventor Charles Kettering. It goes ‘Our imagination is the only limit to what we can hope to have in the future.’”

Happy Birthday, Beyoncé!
