Baby Blue of Pretty Ricky “Back Outside” After Florida Shooting That Left Him In Critical Condition

After being shot in a near-fatal attempted robbery and rushed to a Florida hospital in critical condition, Pretty Ricky rapper Baby Blue shared on Instagram Tuesday that he’s “back outside” and seemingly at a nightclub, The Shade Room reported.

“Back outside. All Glory to God. #BounceBack,” he captioned the video of himself out at an event with his foot propped up. A fan pointed out the concern that Baby Blue is partying immediately after leaving the ICU, commenting

under his post, “You need to be in the bed.”

“I been in bed for a week, but you right,” Baby Blue admitted.

Dozens of others also commented their opinion about the “On The Hotline” rapper stepping out so soon after needing a ventilator to breathe the week before.

“I thought he said he had to learn to walk and breath again something ain’t adding up,” a follower of The Shade Room commented.

On Saturday, TMZ reported that Baby Blue had taken his first steps since the shooting, and was also able to breathe on his own again. Still recovering from his gunshot wound, the rapper needed a stroller to assist him as he walked down the hospital’s hallway.

We reported earlier that the performer was celebrating his new single, “Jerry Rice,” when an unidentified suspect attempted to snatch his gold chain on April 19. When shots broke out near the bowling alley, he was hit in his left shoulder area and bled on the ground until help arrived.

The Love & HipHop Miami alumni fell into a coma and was in critical condition, making fans everywhere question why he’s now “back outside,” instead of waiting for his body to heal.

It appears he’s doing much better now and doing too much at the same damn time. Baby Blue definitely needs to stay home and rest so he can make a full recovery.
