Australian Radio Host Tim Blackwell Reveals Rihanna Was The Worst Celebrity Guest He Interviewed

"I turned to my producer, and I went, 'Last we'll see of her.' And then the Super Bowl happened," he said.

Australian radio host Tim Blackwell claimed iconic singer Rihanna was the worst celebrity guest he interviewed on his show.

The 41-year-old appeared on the first episode of the brand-new Shock Jocks, where he was subjected to answering complex questions. While he could pass on a query he didn’t want to answer, the radio host would have to endure a shock from the lightning reaction-related shocking game device, which cost around $50 on Amazon.

After answering a few questions, the host asked the Nova 100 presenter about his worst celebrity interview.

Blackwell disclosed “Diamonds” singer Rihanna was his worst and explained why.

“Well, this is going to sound weird because it was Rihanna,” he said.

According to the Nova 100 host, he met the popstar when she rose to fame in the mid-2000s, subsequent to the release of her hit “Pon de Replay.”

“She came into the studio; she would have been like 17 or something. She came in with her mom, and she did the interview with me and just went like this,” Blackwell shared while imitating what teenage Rihanna allegedly did during the interview. According to Blackwell, the “Rude Boy” songstress covered her face many times, obfuscating her alleged one-word responses.

“She was talking…and really low,” he continued. “Anyways, we got up and, no joke, I turned to my producer, and I went, ‘Last we’ll see of her.’ And then the Super Bowl happened.”

Nova 100 (100.3 MHz) is a commercial radio show in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Blackwell hosting spot is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. with Ricki-Lee and Joel.

Since Blackwell’s experience with teenage Rihanna, the popstar has grown a beauty empire with Fenty and obtained nine Grammy Awards for songs and albums like “Umbrella,” featuring Jay Z (made her Gammy stage debut in 2008), “Loyalty,” The Monster,” “We Found Love” and “Only Girl (In The World).”
